Mesa Verde is a luxury, large-acreage community in Dripping Springs, TX. Comprised of 34 6-14 acre lots, the community offers beautiful hill country views, Barton Creek frontage, and is located near DSISD schools, wineries & breweries, and just a short drive to downtown Austin. LDCM, the design/build team behind the project, took the 272 acres of raw land from platting to community completion, which included construction of 1.5 miles of pavement, installation of underground infrastructure including utilities and fiber internet, and design and construction of the gated entrance.
